Dr. Enrico C. Lorenzini, Dr. Claudio Bombardelli, Radio and GeoAstronomy Division,
Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, 60 Garden St., Cambridge, MA 02138.,

Dr. Lorenzini and Dr. Bombardelli have developed some of the tether retargeting and pointing concepts which enable arc-second accuracy for the spinning space interferometer. They have also supported the JPL study with simulation studies and tether system design.
